What to Expect

1. Before Your Cleaning

Once you’re on the schedule, we’ll confirm your appointment and go over any priorities you have for your home. For first-time or Top-to-Bottom cleanings, we typically send two techs so we can work efficiently and stay within the time window. You can leave notes on the counter, tell us about pets, or let us know any “please don’t touch” areas — we love details.

2. On Cleaning Day

Our team will arrive during the time frame given and get right to work. We follow our cleaning checklist (based on the service you chose — Basic or Top-to-Bottom Deluxe) so nothing gets missed, and we always start with the most important areas first. We bring our own supplies and equipment, and we clean with care — your home, your belongings, and your privacy are respected.

3. After Your Cleaning

When we’re done, your home will feel refreshed and reset. If this was your first visit, we’ll use the actual time it took to help set the right maintenance plan going forward (weekly, biweekly, or every 4 weeks). If you ever see something we missed or want to adjust priorities, just tell us — we’re big on quality and we’ll make it right.

Pro Tip:
We always recommend starting with a Top-to-Bottom cleaning before moving into a recurring plan. It gives your home that perfect “reset” and makes your future maintenance visits easier, faster, and even more effective.

Do I need to be home during my cleaning?

Nope! Most of our clients aren’t home during their cleanings. As long as we have safe access — a key, code, or lockbox — we’re good to go. If you are home, that’s perfectly fine too! Just try to limit distractions so your tech can focus and finish efficiently

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes, we bring all of our own professional-grade cleaning products and tools — everything we need to make your home shine! The only exceptions are vacuums and toilet brushes. We prefer to use yours, because your health and hygiene are our top priority. Using client-specific items helps us prevent any risk of cross-contamination between homes and ensures every clean is as safe and sanitary as possible

How does pricing work?

We price based on homes of similar size and moderate condition, always aiming to give you the most accurate estimate possible. For one-time or initial cleanings, we provide a range estimate (low to high end) to ensure our team has enough time to properly care for your home — we never rush quality. For maintenance cleanings, we set a flat rate after your first cleaning, once we know exactly how long it takes to clean your home. Our goal is simple: to give you consistent, reliable quality every single visit

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A 50% deposit (based on the low end of your quoted range) is required to secure your booking. It’s non-refundable but may be transferred one time with at least 48 hours’ notice. The deposit is applied toward your final balance due on cleaning day

How do payments work?

A credit card on file is required for all services. Your card is charged the same day as your cleaning, and an invoice will be sent for your records. If payment fails, please update within 3 business days to avoid service interruption or late fees

What if I need to cancel, reschedule, or skip a cleaning?

We completely understand that plans change! We just ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel, reschedule, or skip a visit so we can adjust our team’s schedule. Cancellations or skips made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% service fee, and recurring clients who skip may see a small adjustment on their next cleaning since a little extra time will be needed.

Top to Bottom Clean

Sometimes your home doesn’t just need a cleaning — it needs a reset. A deep exhale. A “let’s start fresh” moment. Our Top to Bottom Cleaning is designed exactly for that. It’s the service people choose when they want their home to feel lighter, brighter, and totally renewed… not just tidy.

It’s also the perfect option for move-in and move-out cleanings, whether the home is furnished or unfurnished. And if the home is unfurnished, we include cleaning the interior of all cabinets and drawers, giving you a truly blank, refreshed slate to step into.

This clean goes far beyond the usual touch-up. We focus on all the areas that quietly collect dust, buildup, and all the little details you never have time to get to — the kinds of things that make a home feel genuinely clean when they’re cared for.

We hand-wash the surfaces that create that spotless, renewed feeling: baseboards, trim, doors, doorframes, light switches, moldings, reachable light fixtures, and ceiling fan blades. Cobwebs are removed, and all décor, pictures, shelves, and furniture surfaces are hand-dusted to refresh and brighten each room.

Your kitchen and bathrooms get a full rejuvenation. Cabinet fronts are hand-washed, countertops and backsplashes are washed clean, stovetops and microwave interiors are scrubbed, and sinks shine again. Bathrooms get extra attention — mirrors polished, fixtures cleaned, and showers/tubs double-scrubbed to cut through buildup and bring everything back to life.

We finish by vacuuming and mopping your floors, making beds, and leaving your home feeling peaceful, put-together, and truly reset.

Basic Clean

Our One-Time Basic Clean is perfect for those moments when your home just needs a solid reset without going as deep as a Top to Bottom. Maybe life has been busy. Maybe you’re hosting, recovering from a season of chaos, or just craving a home that feels lighter and refreshed again. This service gives you that “ahhh, much better” feeling without the full detailed overhaul.

Because this is a one-time service, we take a slightly more detailed approach than a regular maintenance clean — especially with dust. Instead of using a standard duster, we hand-dust surfaces to remove older, settled dust that clings and doesn’t lift easily. This helps the whole home feel noticeably fresher by the time we’re done.

Your kitchen and bathrooms get the level of attention a one-time clean deserves. We fully clean any buildup on counters, sinks, fixtures, appliances, and bathroom surfaces — including shower buildup and scum removal on shower walls and glass doors — so everything feels renewed and reset in a single visit, no ongoing schedule required.

We also dust all accessible décor, shelves, and furniture surfaces, remove cobwebs, clean reachable light fixtures, wash mirrors, tidy spaces, and vacuum and mop all floors. It’s the perfect “clean and reset” without the intensity of a top-to-bottom detail.

Clients love this option when they want their home to feel refreshed, revived, and put back together — but don’t need the deeper, more detailed work of a Top to Bottom Cleaning.

Our Maintenance Basic Clean keeps your space feeling consistently fresh, welcoming, and lived-in in the best possible way.

This plan is all about preserving that comforting feeling of belonging in your home. After the initial deep work is done, we maintain that level of clean with a steady rhythm that keeps everything feeling smooth, peaceful, and under control.
